Who's the man?

So our exciting news for the week is that Chris was promoted to charge nurse! After only a year at this new hospital, which says alot about him. He had his first day of training today and did very well. And he will be sent to a critical care class soon, which is great for him, not awesome for family time, but worth it in the end.
The kids are doing well, we went to the dentist and both big kids passed with flying colors. The baby is great, just getting over another cold. She is so funny, her favorite thing is to crawl to the stairs and when I say her name she crawls faster. She thinks she is pretty funny.
This is a picture of the morning of Cady's birthday. I filled her bedroom with 44 balloons while she was sleeping. She came in the next morning terrified, but after we talked her down the kids all spent the next few days playing.
